“My mom is the best mom ever.”
It would be music to any mom’s ears to hear that one of their children felt that way about them.
What about if all THREE children said that?
Well, that’s the case for Bryn English Lamanna as all three of her kids (Caroline, Whitney and Tucker) separately shared their thoughts about their mother by beginning their thoughts about their beloved mom with the exact same seven words:
“My mom is the best mom ever.”
It’s almost like they are related!
“There is no one I’d rather have leading our family cheerleading squad and at the base of our pyramid,” said her husband, Christian, with perhaps a nod to his wife’s prior life as an actual cheerleader back in high school in Wyomissing, PA.
There are really three areas of Bryn’s life where she thrives and pretty much always has: in her career, with her friendships, and, of course, as a mother.
“Bryn is an outstanding businesswoman. She puts her whole heart into her career,” Bryn’s mom, Sandee Tucker, said when asked about her daughter.
“It hasn’t always been a smooth ride just because of the nature of her industry,” Bryn’s younger brother Ross added, “But I think what I am most proud of her for is her persistence and ability to overcome adversity. No matter what has gone on with her various companies over the years, she never complains. She just puts her head down and always lands on her feet, usually in a better spot than the previous one.”
As a friend, sibling and daughter, Bryn has a unique combination of being a great listener while also being unafraid to be blunt and honest.
“She and my wife are the two best people in my life at telling me the truth when I need to hear it and giving stellar advice,” said Ross.
Her friends likewise know that she will always keep it real, and ultimately that is what people value in those closest to them.
Oh, and she’s fun. Like very fun.
“She’s always there supporting everyone in her life and yet she’s always the life of the party,” said Christian.
Still, it’s in her most important role as a mother to her three children that she truly excels.
“She has been my biggest cheerleader in life,” said Caroline.
“Throughout all the ups and downs, I know she’ll always have my back and pick me up.”
Tucker echoed his oldest sister’s comments, adding that, “She is my number one supporter and someone I can go to for help, but also go to when I want to have fun!”
There’s no doubt that Bryn gets it from her own mother Sandee, who was and is an incredibly special mom in her own right. It takes one to know one.
“Bryn is one of the best mothers I know,” said Sandee. “She is totally involved in all three of her children’s lives. She drives them everywhere and has worked hard to help send all three to private school, which has greatly influenced their futures.”
The good news for Bryn is that her efforts have not gone unnoticed. In fact, it’s likely that the “great mom” gene will carry over to yet another generation.
At least that’s what her two daughters are hoping.
“I aspire to be her when I grow up,” said Whitney.
How cool is that? It’s not often a teenager will say they want to be just like their mom when they are older, but when Whitney says something, she means it.
“I don’t know what I would ever do without her. My love for her will never end. She’s simply the best mom anyone could ever ask for.”
“She has been my biggest role model in life and has shaped me to become the person I want to be,” remarked Caroline.
“I truly don’t know what I would do without her.”
Judging by the comments from the rest of Bryn Lamanna’s family, they don’t either.
