‘Perfect One’: Ali has made this past year perfect for Tim

There are many words to describe Ali Meade.

Committed. Whether it is her commitment to her family and friends or her dedication to a career in the food service industry, Ali is forever all in.

Loving. She has an unquenchable love for her son Sean, her husband Tim, his children and grandchildren, and all their friends as well.

Supportive. Ali is there for all of life’s ups and downs, and no matter what her loved ones go through, they know they have a shoulder to lean on in her.

Tim shared countless other accolades for Ali, but it would require a novel to express them all. That said, Tim felt there were two other words that perfectly encapsulate his wife.

“I admire Ali’s drive and perseverance,” he said. “Despite all the ups and downs in life, Ali never gives up and always strives to have a positive outlook on life. This motivates me to do better and see the world more positively as well. She is my strength and inspiration. And despite her own needs, she is always first to reach out and support other people – especially me. Additionally, Ali has an unwavering work ethic. She never quits and always strives to excel in all her endeavors.”

For Ali, it is all about the good of those around her. As long as the people she cares about are taken care of and happy, she is content.

Tim said another thing that stands out about Ali is her patience. She has always been one to give the benefit of the doubt and not get flustered too easily.

That is all part of her personality though, as she truly just loves everyone with all her heart and has an ocean of compassion.

“Ali always seeks to help, support and serve others before herself,” Tim said. “Never a day goes by that she doesn’t ask if I need anything. Whenever I say, ‘Yes,’ she drops what she is doing and does what she can to help me. Selflessness is a true virtue of hers. She is also vibrant and fun-loving. She loves to cook, try new foods, and explore everything life has to offer. She is never afraid to try anything new. In short, Ali is a fun-loving and gorgeous person, inside and out!”

Speaking of her exploratory nature, she took on Tim’s fondness for the Renaissance early in their relationship. Ali went the full nine yards with the masquerade of outfits and playful personas, expressing her love by adopting things that her other half thoroughly enjoys.

These are just some of the countless memories Tim has shared with his wife too, as he loves reflecting on their Venice proposal story – sparked with a flash mob in St. Marco’s Square.  In fact, just being in her presence makes him smile from ear to ear. He loves her with all his heart, and Tim will forever be in love with Ali.

On September 14, 2024, we took the biggest step in our lives by tying the knot. This first year of marriage with you has been one of the best of my life.
