Rock & Foundation: Jeremy is glad to have the mother that he has, as Katherine is one of the best

Katherine Jordan has a whole lot to be proud of. In particular, she should be proud of the mother and grandmother that she is, as both Jeremy and Sarah are on the right paths in life thanks to her.

And she did it all by herself. Katherine raised Jeremy as a single mother working two jobs, and yet, nothing ever came before him. Everything she did was to afford him the best future and the best life possible, and he recognizes and appreciates this.

“She has taught me not only how to be a good person and work hard, but how to be a good parent,” Jeremy said. “She taught me how to think forward and plan for my child’s future.”

Jeremy knows how to do this because he watched his mom do it for him for years. She was always looking out for what was best for him, and she obviously instilled all the right morals and values into her son.

“She has been a great mother because of the example she has shown in how to support your family,” Jeremy said. “And she has shown me why family is so important.”

Family is everything, and no matter how big or small your family is, you should embrace them and appreciate them. That is exactly what Katherine has done her entire life, as she is a proud daughter and sister who loves all her family to no end.

“I admire her compassion and devotion to her family,” Jeremy said. “I admire that she works to provide a better future for her family and I admire that she did it all by herself.”

Jeremy is beyond proud of his mother, and he is super thankful for her. She is a loyal individual – to her family, friends, work, and so much else – and she just shows up for everyone.

Of course, she has done this as Jeremy’s mother for years, and now she does the same for her granddaughter Sarah. Sarah is the center of Katherine’s world now, and Jeremy appreciates the grandmother-granddaughter relationship his mom has with his baby girl.

“My mother is special because of her compassion and never-ending love for me and her granddaughter,” he said. “She is fiercely devoted to taking care of her family above herself. She has been the foundation of all the good qualities I possess and is the example of how mothers should remain committed to their family no matter the obstacles that may present themselves throughout the course of a lifetime.”

At the end of the day, you only get one mother, and Jeremy is grateful he was blessed with Katherine as his mother. She has been so sacrificial over the years, and it truly cannot be emphasized enough how much of a family first individual she is.

“I would like my mother to know that she cannot be replaced and will always be the person I give the credit to for any success I have in life. I am who I am because of her. Every hard time I went through – whether it was in the military, deployed overseas, mistakes I made, or just a curveball life threw me – she has always been my rock and the foundation I am able to build upon.” – Jeremy
