‘She’s Our Backbone’: The Pierce family is the family unit they are thanks to who Hannah, their matriarch, is

She has a heart of gold and her husband feels like he can be genuinely himself around her. She is also smart, hardworking and can get along with anyone. Her sweetness, generosity and lack of judging others also all make up the wonderful woman that Holden Piece deems himself lucky enough to call his wife.

And to think it all started with a handshake…

But seriously, Holden could not imagine anyone else for him than the one and only Hannah Pierce. She has the best personality – centered around genuineness and compassion.

“She means the world to me,” Holden said. “She means everything to me. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without her.”

As you listen to Holden talk more about his wife, it becomes more evident why he loves her as much as he does. Hannah is someone who can become instant friends with complete strangers and she has the best work ethic of anyone around.

She has a great friend group too, and this is something that Holden has always appreciated about her. While she is the most loving family woman around, she is also someone who holds her friends close and does not take her friendships for granted.

Speaking of being a family woman, Hannah is a tremendous mother who has the best relationship with her daughter. Those two are like peas in a pod, and Hannah gets Hazel involved in activities.

“She is the greatest mom ever,” Holden said. “She’s always there for her. They have the same personality. They listen to the same music. They’re like the same person.”

Holden is excited to see the relationship between Hannah and their son too, as Henry will not know what hit him when he is born. He will be cherished and adored by the best mama bear around.

There will surely be a lot more pumpkin patching, apple picking, Disney Cruising, and wing nights in the future.

“[Having another child] finally worked out for us,” Holden said. “We are happy to complete our family. We’re excited to start our future with our whole family. To go on vacations and have fun together. Cookouts and hanging out by the pool and enjoying each other’s company.”

And to think, it was only possible because of a blind date. But, thankfully, Holden was hooked right away, and rightfully so. This totally selfless, genuinely good person is absolutely the best wife he could have ever asked for. She is their family backbone, and she is noticed.
