Stephanie Korn has a knack for doing things right the first time, and she also takes pleasure in the little things in life. In fact, just recently, she had the privilege of buying her own car, and she got to pick out the color and got a great deal based on her credit and everything else. To some, this might not seem like a big deal, but to her, it was nice to see the fruits of her labor.
It is also a reminder that Stephanie does not take for granted what she has in life. She has worked hard every day and has been present in people’s lives, and because of that, she is very successful and loved.
Stephanie has a great outlook on life, and she is very beautiful and stands up for what she believes in. She sees the silver lining in things and she does not look at anything negatively, and that is something her husband Leon really appreciates about her.
“The biggest thing I’ve learned from her is how to take a bad situation you have no control over and just keep moving forward,” he said. “That woman has a work ethic that you can’t believe. She is the candy lady at Walmart. She is the one who stocks the candy there. Last year, she singlehandedly tripled the candy sales at our town’s store. She works hard and is devoted.”
In every facet of her life, Stephanie works hard and puts her best foot forward. She is the type of person people are drawn to, as she is a role model and she has a genuine love for life.
She is also Leon’s better half, and he knows he would not be the man he is today without her. He also knows there is no getting rid of her, as Stephanie reminds him of that daily, but it is not like he would want to get rid of her anyways.
“She’s kept me levelheaded,” Leon said. “She’s kept me as a good member of society. She does everything for me I can’t do for myself.”
It has not been for lack of trying, as Leon can be a bit of a troublemaker, but he luckily has the best sounding board out there.
Their grandnephew, Grayson, also has the best Grammy in the world. She is super tight with him and he loves spending the weekends with Grammy, making pancakes and hanging out while Papa is sleeping.
“She’s very hardworking and doesn’t like doing things twice,” Leon said when asked about what makes her a good Grammy to Grayson. “She makes sure Little Man understands structure. She raised all of her siblings’ kids. She raised 12 kids and only had three. She never questioned it or batted an eye. She just made sure no one was getting in trouble.”
That’s just who Stephanie is. She puts her head down and her heart out, and she makes sure she is there for everyone.
