A few years ago, John Penn was introduced to a gorgeous woman through some mutual friends. And it did not take long for him to fall in love with her.
Considering she is a total babe in his eyes and their first date involved hiking and DQ Blizzards, he hoped his chances were good.
Well, they were very good, as he married Mary last year, and their adventures have continued ever since. From their shared love of hiking, Airbnbs and spending time together, to Mary’s love of Baby Grogu, singing, coffee and working out, there is a lot to be said about this amazing woman.
And today, Mary turns 40, but she does not look a day over 30. She is an ageless wonder with a great personality, and she has a deep love of people.
“She is really funny, very affectionate, considerate, beautiful, outgoing, a great cook, likes to travel and is ticklish,” John said.
More than that, Mary has a great outlook on life. She sees the good in others and she is constantly making self-sacrifices, and for that John is beyond grateful.
“She has a huge heart, is funny, kind, always up for doing anything and takes care of her family and the house,” John said. “She is handy.”
Everything you can ask for in a woman and so much more, that is Mary. She is John’s trophy wife and the woman who makes him happy, and she is also the woman who is there for him at all times. Through all the ups and downs, he is truly glad to have her in his corner.
Mary is someone who works hard and comes from a big Filipino family. She spent some years as a nurse, showing her caring and compassionate side, before becoming a prior authorization and claims worker at Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Mary also loves traveling to the Ozarks and spending time with her golden retriever, and she prioritizes spending time with her thankful husband.
She brings a lot of love, joy and laughter to his life, and he admires so much about her.
“She’s just got a constant love, is so considerate, loves sports (especially football) and is close to her family,” John said.
John enjoys getting to watch sports with his wife, and he also loves watching her eat dessert. She also has a gigantic sweet tooth, and that is something you can never take away from her.
She also knows how to cook and bake, and that is yet another reason why John loves his amazing woman.
“Thanks for all the delicious snacks,” he said.
Mary is a truly wonderful woman who deserves to be celebrated on her 40th birthday, along with every other day. She’s one-of-a-kind and she’s one of the good ones.
