‘The Love of My Life’: It was on this day one year ago that Justin got down on one knee fully prepared to make the promise of a lifetime to Mary

Justin first met Mary through Bumble, and they knew pretty much right away that they were meant to be. They have created endless memories together, from the “Midnight Bumble” story to traveling to Turks and Bristol, Rhode Island. Heck, the first time Justin met Mary’s family, he walked into the hibachi restaurant to around 40 of her friends and family, and while he might have felt overwhelmed, he made it worthwhile because he was meeting the family he would eventually marry into.

When Justin first met Mary, he was also drawn to her sense of adventure. She is someone who has a “spark for life,” and she can be super spontaneous (to the point where she will jump on a plane to visit someone in need).

To Justin, Mary is the most beautiful girl in the world whose values are wonderful. The core of her being is being a family woman, and she is also super funny. She makes Justin laugh and she makes him happy, and he does not ever grow tired of spending time with his wife.

“Mary is just my everything,” Justin said. “I’ve found a partner in my life where we share so many values. We met and got engaged in 11 months. I fell head over heels. She is my support system. I lean on her in hard times. I just love her.”

They say, “When you know, you know,” and Justin knows exactly the feeling. Mary is a very special person who is truly the love of his life, and he is super thankful for her.

He loves how great her work ethic is too. If Mary sets her mind to something, she is not only going to achieve it, but crush it. She became a VP at 34, and she did so by treating her employees right while also putting the work in.

“One of the coolest things she does really well is she is supportive,” Justin said. “She is always there to be supportive and provide guidance. Everyone knows they can go to Mary for advice. She’ll be honest with you. She listens to them and cares about what they are saying.”

Whether this is with friends or at work, she is the same person. Mary is super caring and super thoughtful, and her heart is always in the right place.

Speaking of heart, they say, “Home is where the heart is,” and Mary’s heart is with her family. Her family is her everything, which is why she and Justin even got married at her family’s property in Sailfish Point.

And when it comes to Justin, Mary is truly his better half. She is always looking out for him, and she brings out the best in him. He looks up to her as a role model of sorts, as well as his sounding board.

“She’s taught me the value of communication,” Justin said. “Being patient and understanding with people. She loves hard. She cares about everybody’s happiness. Being able to look outward at the world. One thing we always say is never go to bed angry. We just love each other as much as we can.”

They might be a couple whose relationship moved fast, but that is because the love has grown stronger and rapidly. They care so much about one another, and Justin just cannot imagine having proposed to anyone better on this day in 2023.
