The Matriarch: Everything that has happened in the Moldenhauer family has been made possible by Toni

“She’s the best and coolest mom in the world!”

This is one of the many things Brian Moldenhauer had to say about his mother, Toni.

Growing up, Brian got to see his mom a whole lot, as she was a housewife and stay-at-home mother to he and his three siblings. She spent so much time sacrificing for them and making sure they had everything they needed at all times.

There was never a time her kids went hungry, as she loves to cook. She is constantly asking what you want to eat, even if you just had food an hour ago.

Even more so, Toni was a role model for her kids growing up. Brian, Jim, Marie and Mark (who is looking down in awe of his mom to this day) all looked up to their mother growing up. They loved how she was always there, and how she always showed them love and support.

They also admire the relationship between their parents. The kids could always see how much they loved each other, and they knew their mom had given up so much to take care of her husband and kids.

Toni also taught her children the importance of balance, particularly when it comes to love. While she always supported her children, she was not going to coddle them and be their best friend. She found great balance in that way, and her kids feel they are better off because of this.

“She raised us with tough love, but has gotten softer as a grandparent,” Brian said.

With this love for her children has also come compassion for others. Toni is a great friend who cares so much about the people around her. She is willing to do whatever it takes to help people out, and her selflessness is constantly shining through.

“She will drop everything to help someone in need, especially family,” Brian stated.

Toni is just always there, and she is appreciated for such.

Toni is a grandmother and a great grandmother now too, and she loves to spoil all her grandkids and great grandkids. They all know she would do anything for them, and this includes giving them certain things their parents might not.

Toni always made the Moldenhauer house a home too, and that is why everyone loves visiting back home too.

They also cherish all the special moments and memories they have shared with Toni. They know with her being at the center of them, they were that much more memorable.

When you are surrounded by family and friends, life becomes that much more precious. And when you are around the matriarch of the family, life is unforgettable.

That’s how Brian, his siblings and the rest of the family feel when it comes to Toni, and they are all glad to have her in their lives.
