‘We See You’: Melissa Sue has made David’s life a whole lot better since she entered it seven years ago

Tenacity. Compassion. Support.

These three things make up Melissa Sue’s personality… as do about 1,000 other wonderful qualities.

Melissa Sue has been dealing with a lot of things in recent years when it comes to family, but nothing ever keeps her down. As much as life has tried throwing at her, she has faced everything with a smile on her face and love in her heart.

This is the way she has always been, too. When Melissa Sue’s significant other, David, first met her, he saw her as this independent woman who was very well educated. She was someone who cares with every fiber of her being, and she still does.

She was also a tremendous mother to her two boys. David could see this instantly, and her mothering abilities are one of the things that really drew him to her.

“What makes her a great mother is just how responsible she is,” David said. “Responsibility is a big thing. Sometimes you don’t see it a lot when it comes to parents… She’s caring and nurturing. She’s been a nurse for a long time. Just like all nurses, she does not get shown appreciation.”

Being a mother and a nurse sometimes blends into one, as both are roles in which you should possess a massive heart. That is what makes Melissa Sue great in both these roles.

“What makes her an excellent nurse is her experience for sure,” David said. “I think she enjoys doing it. You enjoy what you do. It’s an it’s not really work type thing. If she was not a nurse, she would be doing something that entails helping people. She’ll jump in with a complete stranger and feed them information. Sometimes it blows me aback. She’s good at it.”

Whether Melissa Sue is giving a complete stranger medical advice in the grocery store or dropping everything she has going on to be there for a friend in need, she’s just always there. Her golden heart cannot be emphasized enough.

Melissa Sue is very much a bucket list kind of person as well. She and David love to travel and spend time together, and any chance they get to knock off a bucket list destination is a moment well spent.

For David, every moment spent with his better half is a moment well spent. She is the love of his life and someone he wholeheartedly loves and appreciates.

He also feels he has learned a thing or two from Melissa Sue over the years.

“I think I’ve become way more responsible,” David said. “I’ve learned about the medical field. I’ve learned about a lot. I come to her for advice. I always get advice from her.”

David is not the only one, as Melissa Sue’s boys still look to her for guidance, as do all her friends and family all around her.

All in all, Melissa Sue is just a tremendous woman with a whole lot of selflessness, and she is appreciated beyond belief.
