When Jeffrey Holmes first met Diyell while they were working together at Cracker Barrel back in 2006, he never could have imagined how great of a life he could have made with her. And yet, here they are almost 17 years later and Jeffrey is raising a beautiful family with the love of his life.
Diyell is Jeffrey’s motivation and his reason, and she is the person that makes him want to be the best husband and father in the world. She brings out the best in him, and that is because she has such amazing qualities.
“She is beautiful, intelligent and compassionate,” Jeffrey said. “She loves reading, church, music and traveling.”
She also loves watching TV, cooking food, baking, planning events and so much more. Diyell has such a wonderfully well-rounded personality, and there is so much to be said about her.
“She is creative, adventurous and very determined,” Jeffrey said.
On top of all this, Diyell is an absolutely exceptional mother. She loves Malik (16) and McKenzie (10) more than anything in the world, and Diyell would do anything for them.
To Malik and McKenzie, their mother is the one person who has always been a rock. She has been the one person they can always count on, and they both look up to her. They both appreciate all Diyell has done for them and for everything she will continue to do for them.
“She is compassionate and stern with her kids,” Jeffrey said. “She also pushes them to be good human beings.”
Diyell brings out the best in everyone. She is a role model in so many ways, and she makes you want to be the best you can be.
She is also a very protective individual. From being a mama bear to her kids to always looking out for her family, everyone knows you do not mess with her loved ones.
“She doesn’t allow anybody to speak negatively against our family,” Jeffrey said. “She is very thankless for the things she does.”
Diyell believes in standing up for yourself and for others, and that is exactly what she does on a daily basis. She makes sure her husband and kids know where they stand with her, and she is just a truly amazing wife and mother.
She is a very caring and compassionate individual as a whole, and her heart is so large. Diyell’s selflessness runs rampant every day, and everyone all around her loves and appreciates her. She is one of a kind and she is special, and Jeffrey is grateful to spend the rest of his life with her.
