It All Started With A Bear…

“No babies, no drugs and no jail.”

This is something that Amber has engrained into the minds of her two older sons, Nolan and Aiden, and it is a great precedent to set. It is also a great reminder that staying out of serious trouble is easier than it seems. If you avoid these three things, then you are all but golden.

Amber has always been good with her children, and teaching them important life lessons comes naturally to her. She has been through a lot in her life, and she wants her kids to learn from her past. She wants to also make sure she is creating the best life possible for her four children, and even if they don’t realize it now, they will certainly love and appreciate her for this.

“To them, she represents the love they will always have no matter what, and the comfort that she brings,” Amber’s husband Matt said. “She wants what is best for them and is not afraid to lay down the law to make that happen and ensure that they are set up for success.”

Amber is paving the way for her kids to be able to grow into adults without being thrown off guard. Adulthood is definitely not easy, and she wants to make sure her children know that. With the way that Amber teaches and prepares her kids, they will have the best possible chance for a happy and healthy life.

Amber is also a mother whom her children look up to. From teaching them empathy to showing them the importance of a great work ethic, the kids are constantly learning from her.

“Amber is the best mother anyone could ever ask for,” Matt said. “No kids love their mommy more than Luci and Teddy. She puts her children first and her love for them is clear and obvious. She is loving, sweet, loves singing to them, and loves reading to them. She is not afraid to load up the stroller and take them on an adventure walking through the heart of a crowded downtown city, or to a far away park so they can have the best possible playground.”

Adventuring is part of her DNA.

In fact, that is how Amber met Matt. They were both hiking in the woods, and she was taking pictures of a bear when they laid eyes on each other. The rest is history, and now they get to start every story with, “It all started with a bear.”

There have been many hiking adventures since then, and getting to have a travel buddy is one of the infinite reasons why Matt loves his devoted wife.

He also loves her because she works hard and pushes others to be the same way.

“Amber is a doer,” Matt said. “When she puts her mind to something, she will not take no for an answer. Those aspirations have gotten her far in her career.”

She also looks out for others too and does what she can to uplift her coworkers and people who aspire to be the best they can be. Amber is always in people’s corner telling them they can do it, and they all appreciate her for this.

Matt and the kids appreciate Amber for everything she does for them as well, and they know they would not be able to do it without her.
