No two journeys to marriage are the same.
If you don’t believe us, then just ask John Koscinski and his wife Vanessa.
“Vanessa came to the United States as an au pair in 2018,” John said. “We first met July 22, 2018, at Olive Garden, but had talked multiple times via FaceTime and text before that when she was in Brazil before this encounter. We had to communicate via Google Translate for a little bit too. Vanessa was able to put herself through graduate school, obtaining her MBA in Finance. On February 27, 2022, Vanessa and I were married with friends and family present.”
When John and Vanessa first started talking, it was not easy. They had to use translators in order to communicate and they did not get to see each other much in person. However, in that time they spent communicating they found true love.
They both knew pretty early on that this relationship was unique and really had a chance of lasting, and they were both right. So, after spending a lot of time communicating from a long distance and then finally getting to see each other in person after that, they decided they wanted to tie the knot.
“We went golfing right before I proposed,” John said. “I was so nervous but didn’t show it. I don’t know how, but I was able to get down on one knee and propose to my lovely wife. I proposed right in front of our vacation home.”
And the rest, as they say, is history.
So, what makes life with Vanessa so great? She is a wonderful person with so many great qualities. John has learned so many things just by watching his amazing wife in action on a daily basis, and he is thankful for how strong her character is.
“She is generous, forgiving, always wanting to learn, positive, thoughtful and humble,” he said.
Vanessa has a way about her that is just amazing, plus she is someone who is so caring toward others. She has a heart that is as big as the ocean, and she has the most amazing outlook on life as well.
She is also someone who John knows he can always count on. No matter what the situation is or what time it is, he knows his wife is always going to be there for him. She has his back and he has hers.
“She means everything to me,” John said. “She is my best friend, my partner in crime and most of all a loving wife. I don’t think words could describe how much I love this woman!”
And he knows just how much Vanessa loves him solely from the fact that she still wanted to be with him after their Poconos debacle!
But for real, Vanessa is truly a one of a kind woman, and this couple has been on a one of a kind journey. There is no question they are meant for each other and this marriage is built to last, and their friends and family are glad to celebrate the Koscinskis on a daily basis.
