How does the process work?

The process is simple! We have three different types of interviews we conduct, all tailored to fit what you prefer:

1. After payment form – After you pay, we have a form that pops up so we can get some key pieces on information about the story subject. We also have a specific set of questions depending on the occasion that you choose on our checklist.
2. Email interview – Don’t want to fill out the form or have an unlisted occasion? No problem! We can send you a personalized list of questions that you can answer at your convenience.
3. Phone interview – Are you a traditional person or just feel that the emotion of your words will not be encapsulated by a written interview? You’re in luck! We still offer phone interviews for those who prefer this method!

After your interview, that’s where we work our magic. We will get to work on your personalized story, and send you our initial draft. This is where you get a chance to make any changes or add/subtract anything that you might want to add or take out.

From there, we will work on those changes, and if you ordered the newspaper design, we will design the story once we receive pictures from you! You will get to look at the story one final time to make sure the product is exactly what you want, and then that is your copy for the keeping.

We also offer printing and framing services if you would like the complete, all-in-one experience. This means that after we finish your design, we will print and/or frame the story and get it sent your way! All you have to do is give the story subject their story and take the credit… what’s not to love about that?
